This online course breaks down where Fair Workweek laws apply, what they mean for you, and how to stay compliant. These laws, also known as predictive scheduling laws, are designed to provide employees with greater stability and control over their schedules. They also outline whats expected of employers, especially in the retail and food service industries.

Oregon is the only state in the U.S. that has a statewide Fair Workweek law. Several major cities, including New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago, also have local Fair Workweek laws.
