In this online course, you will learn how to properly understand, set, and achieve your goals. The course will teach you how to avoid setting goals that are either unrealistically high or too easily attainable. You\’ll also understand the important distinction between goals and dreams.

Goal setting can be challenging. If you aim too high, you might become frustrated by the lack of achievement. Aim too low, and you risk feeling accomplished for goals that were too easy to reach. Confusing goals with wishes or New Years resolutions might prevent progress altogether.

This course defines goals, explains the fundamentals of goal setting, and offers guidelines to help you set and achieve meaningful goals.
