This online course gives all bank employees the practical tools they need to respond calmly and safely in the event of a robbery or related incident. Robberies are unpredictable, but knowing your options makes all the difference.

Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all rules, this course emphasizes informed decision-making. Youll learn how to recognize and respond to threats, describe suspects accurately, and take appropriate action without putting yourself or others at unnecessary risk. Bank employees will also learn the difference between business and personal crimes, identify vulnerabilities, and understand the importance of coordinated security efforts across your institution.

Security is everyones responsibility. This course helps your team play their part in maintaining a safe environment for them, their coworkers, and customers.
